Know your rights and how to resolve concerns

Have a problem or disagreement?

We’re here to help.

If you think we made a mistake or you have a concern, the first step is to talk to us. We have a process called the grievance procedure that helps us review your issue and try to fix it.

Federal law says you must use our process first before contacting HUD, the mayor, or other offices. This helps resolve problems faster.

We will review your concern, explain what we find, and work with you to make things right.

Before you contact someone else:

  • Read your lease and notices we gave you

  • Follow all deadlines listed on your notice

  • Use our grievance process to help solve the process
