We offer safe, income-based housing (not Section 8) for elderly residents, people with disabilities, and low-income families. Our community includes 66 units (1–5 bedrooms), a large community room, on-site laundry, and easy walking access to local shopping, Dry Ridge/Piddle Park, the skate park, and Lake Pollywog.
Our Services
​The Housing Authority of Dry Ridge provide apartments at the Housing Authority that are income based and we do not offer Section 8. If you are within the income limits and looking for government assistance, you MUST apply to our waiting list and update your information when there are any changes.

To apply for Section 8 vouchers, you must apply separately through Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC).
