-
Methamphetamine Production: Anyone convicted of manufacturing or producing methamphetamine on the premises of federally assisted housing is permanently prohibited.
-
Eviction for Drug Activity: Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) must deny admission for three years from the date of eviction if a household member was evicted from federally assisted housing for drug-related criminal activity, unless the member has completed a rehabilitation program.
-
Illegal Drug Use and Alcohol Abuse: PHAs must prohibit admission if a household member is currently engaging in illegal drug use or if the PHA has reasonable cause to believe a member's abuse of alcohol interferes with the health, safety, or peaceful enjoyment of other residents.
