Housing Authority of Dry Ridge

The Housing Authority of Dry Ridge is one of two public housing authorities (PHA's) in Grant County. We have 66 units ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms, a large community room, a laundry facility, and we are within walking distance to the Dry Ridge (Piddle) park, skate park and Lake Pollywog. We provide housing to the elderly, disabled, and low-income families.

The HA is responsible for the management and operation of its local public housing program. We are a type of assistance established by the office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) but we do not accept Section 8.
